I’m OK - Anna Vasof (AT/GR)

I’m OK is a hyper realistic/ surrealistic sculpture, depicting a skier who just fell and has their head trapped in the snow. When the visitors come closer, they realise that instead of a left foot, the skier’s leg has a hand giving the indication that they’re OK. This sculpture speaks for situations in which people ignore the severity at hand and pretend that all is fine.

Anna Vasof, *1985, is an architect and media artist. She is now working on designing and building innovative mechanisms for producing critical and narrative videos, performances and installations.
